Paintsville/JCHS dist tiebreak for seeding?

Since Paintsville and Johnson Central are tied for first in the Dist. Each with 7-1 recoeds and only losing to each other, how will they break the tie for seeding the Dist tourney?

Only the first head to head in district counts, so if Johnson beats Paintsville then Johnson gets it.

i mean, since johnson won the first game, they are first seed
