Skip: Lollygaggers.

"During my 18 years I came to bat almost 10,000 times. I struck out about 1,700 times and walked maybe 1,800 times. You figure a ballplayer will average about 500 at bats a season. That means I played seven years without ever hitting the ball." -Mickey Mantle

I believe in the soul, the ****, the *****, the small of a woman’s back, the hanging curve ball, high fiber, good scotch, long foreplay, show tunes, and that the novels of Thomas Pynchon are self-indulgent, overerrated crap. I believe that Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone, I believe that there oughtta be a constitutional amendment outlawing astro-turf and the designated hitter, I believe in the sweet spot, voting every election, soft core pornography, chocolate chip cookies, opening your presents on Christmas morning rather than Christmas eve, and I believe in long, slow, deep, soft, wet kisses that last for 7 days

HAHAHA....I agree, I didn't play under Collins but I did Adkins. I know that Collins was Adkins catcher at Morehead and if his sayings are nearly half of what I heard from Charlie's mouth then I'd say he was a hoot to play for.

At the end of this season they're gonna tear this place down. The way you're pitchin', that right-field section will be gone already.
