Notice in the first sentence the word is "he"... Obviously, Hillary Clinton is a "she," so she is eligbile. To me, what I just typed is a sort of the nit picking stuff, Beetle, that you often put out there.

interesting....but is Sec of State a "civil office"?

"civil office" = appointed government job
