I need help with comp.
#1
I just hooked up my router, now my other comp is all screwed up, it keeps restarting on its own. Just when you think its ok and start using the internet the **** thing restarts again, can not figure it out.
#2
Was the other computer online before you hooked up the router?
#3
neither was, i had to get a ethernet card for my older one, i then hooked up this one then set up the other one, it was working fine then just out of the blue screwed up.

Is there any error message?

Restarting could be due to a number of things. Memory, power supply, newly installed hardware or software... you might try uninstalling or disable any software/hardware you recently installed. Since you said you just installed the network card, that seems suspicious. It may be conflicting with something else. I'd say at least disable it and run the computer for awhile to see what happens.
