We are doing the diet that goes with the p90x and after a month we will start their workout. This is day one so it's way too early to tell.

We, my brother and I are working out six days a week for the next 30 days while dieting to get ready for the workout that goes with the diet.

Baby steps for us.
I have lost 32 pounds on my own but hit a wall and decided after researching that this would be best to help me get under 200.

God you guys are goin to starve and die.. for breakfast I usually eat a mixing bowl full of fruit loops. For lunch I have three tostinos pizzas, and for supper i usually eat a family size portion of hamburger helper
I'm in love with Tawnya.. hehe..
