I had to reinstall it and and when i put in the product code it keeps telling me its not the right one, i have installed this one several times and know its correct, It is a burnt copy, anyone with away around this or help with this.

I would just get rid of it all together and get openoffice from http://www.openoffice.org

IMO is a much better product for free!
