Also, I think I may have missed on my West Carter comment, at least for now!

I do believe that West is improving as the season continues. I think both West and Russell (with a healthy Parsley) could both make some noise by tourney time.

Well, without specifically mentioning what I think are individual player strength and weakenesses, I'll just say this, Russell has to have a Parsley at 100% to make any kind of run in the post season (IMO). With a healthy Parsley some teams will have to play some sagging defenses. Russell does have a few capable shooters that can take advantage of open shots. Russell's guards of course will also have to be very frugal in their TOs to compete with the top 3.
