These kids got a raw deal there school system canceled there play in the tournament after there parents were already on there way to the tournament. They got the got the shor end of the stick, they are the only team this year to beat the Holmes-Covington team. Which in my case has a good shot to be in the finals. Talked with some of the parents from Ockerman and they were deeply disappointed just wanted to tell them to have there kids keep there heads up there day will come. Good things come to those who have to wait.

It was very frustrating to have the whole team there and not be able to play. I know that most of us were checked into the hotel no later than 5:00. We even went and watched some games. All of the boys have been looking forward to this for weeks. To have this taken away by the school district was uncalled for. We were 60 miles south of Boone County and they still would not let us play. Very selfish decision by the school district.
