Qatar a country in the middle east smaller than the state of Conn. won the proposal for the 2022 World Cup. Check out their proposal for 5 of the 10 stadiums at this link.

These stadiums are amazing. Also the proposal states all 10 stadiums that will be utilized will have on field air conditioning to elliviate the heat index that is expected to reach 130 degrees F.
