I think it started with the first meeting between Cov. Cath and JC after a couple of Cov. Cath. radio announcers said JC was located in Johnsonville.
JC supporters ran with Johnsonville and Paintsville supporters started saying Realville.

Buddies always would call me by my middle name to make sure that people knew that they were talking about me instead another kid that had my same first and last name (it was his middle and last name ironically enough). But I just combined that with a song made famous from Matt Damon in EuroTrip (one of my favorites) and BAM you have Scotty does't know.
