I wanted to go to Nashville on our honeymoon but around that time is when the flooding happened.
How much was destroyed? Is most of Nashville still intact?

^ We'll find out next week.
But there is a lot going on down that week so I'd say it is pretty good.

Everything downtown is fine....the Opryland area got hit hard but the hotel and Grand Ole Opry are fully functional. The mall by Opryland was shut down when I was there around Christmas.
I love Nashville...probably my favorite place to go out.
Hit the Ryman Auditorium, Country Music Hall of Fame, and take time walking around downtown at night listening to the live music in the different bars. "The Stage" is always very popular. We went to a place called "Tin Roof" and had a blast.
If you get a chance the Opryland Hotel is worth walking through.

I have tickets to the Opry and here are the confirmed guests...
Darius Rucker, Marty Stuart, The Isaacs, The Jane Dear Girls, and Ricky Skaggs.
There should be some more by next week.
