Williamsburg has nothing to hang there head out. I figured theyd score on the defense at least once but i was wrong. I also must commend them for the 2nd half because wasnt the score 28 to 0 at halftime. Im not sure on Hazard possessions in the 2nd half but the starters were still in the game so they got a good full game experience and i think they should this week too against Pikeville. Who was taken out by ambulance? Was it the Sizemore kid? i know the hamblin boy was qb when i got to listen to it.

Sizemore was the player who was injured. Heard he had a slight concussion. Hope he is doing alright. Dalton is a heck of a football player!

I think the burg did way better with their talent than any other school in the county. I mean how do you figure a one A school losing 14 players, comes back wins a district championship, gets to the region finals with a bunch a freshmen. Eight of them starting!

I got a feeling they will be just fine! Congrats to the dawgs...maybe next year.

IF.... Hazard gets by Pikeville, Hazard's senior class would go to State Finals 3 out of 4 years and was a last second dropped TD @ LCA away from 4 for 4

Wburg has built a solid program that competes for a district title every year and a region title every other year.
The comment i made about putting it all together was how Wburg can get over the hump of beating teams like Hazard and Pikeville.
Back in 04 Wburg had maybe the best team they ever put on the field with Greer, Ayers and Hill and all the others, but still couldnt get past Pikeville.
What is it thats blocking Wburg from beating these teams?
