Honestly, if you felt that dusty did something wrong...The best way to go about it was probably not to call him a name, and the it probably wasn't the best idea to get on another account and call him out. Even if you felt he did something wrong, the best thing to do was probably get in touch with QQ or another Admin and solve the problem behind closed doors. For that simple reason, and the fact that instead of doing that still, you continue to call him out publicly on each and every thread made about the rules....then even IF he did anything wrong, it wouldnt matter at this point. I didnt see any part of the thread and things you are talking about, but he has tried to let it die down and you keep beating a dead horse. None of this helps you case, at all. Im not even a mod, and at this point...Im wanting to say take the personal probs with one certain mod to PM and an admin.

I admitted i was wrong for calling him a dickhead. I sent qq a pm, then I read he doesnt get pms. I think it was in the deleted thread. And this is the only thread ive made.
I dont think it matters if its a free site or not. If you feel you are unfairly treated, most times you are going to say something about it right?
My issue: i was called out in a thread for having 2 accounts. Both names revealed. No warning, no pm, just a straight slap on the hand. The problem i see is its not supposed to be against the rules to have 2 accounts, if i had access to my pms from my banned account i would show you a mod telling me it was ok. The other problem i see is the mods are supposed to be editing threads, not giving petty infractions or banning people.

It's not posted in the Rules but when a mod or administrator gives an infraction to another member it's on the infraction list that they have multiple accounts. When someone get's an infraction they are automatically banned for 10 Days

I think it has been cleared up, and confirmed what we have known and that is you cannot have multiple accounts. This is getting updated by an Admin and appears to have been an oversite for the rules section when updated.

The fact of the matter is this, you either follow the rules or you don't. If you don't, you will be banned; plain and simple.

You are not going to call one of the mods/admins/members a dickhead and get by with it. You can bitch and moan about it all you want to, but the ball is in our court and you will play by our rules. If not, you can find another site to post on that will let you cuss at other members and get by with it (good luck finding one, btw).

Also, it may not be listed in the rules section, but anyone who is caught creating multiple accounts will be banned. To my knowledge, QQ is the only one who can change the rules. If I knew how to do it, I would add it to the list of rules. However, take this as your warning now. If you create multiple accounts, you will be banned.

I normally don't get on here and police this site, but I'm sick of getting on here and seeing the constant bitching between everyone about what is or isn't a rule. It's not hard to use common sense about what would constitute inappropriate behavior. If you're too ignorant to figure that out, then you're too ignorant to be released into the free world.

Ok I have been around almost since the site started.. I dont get on as much now because I have a life outside of here..... Ok about the people having several accounts... there was a time that we would ban you but that was after we told you through pm that you were only allowed one account.. The main reason for this was because people we were banning were starting new accounts and doing the same crap.. so we had to take control of that situation.. and I thought at one point there was a rule about having more then one account. But times have changed and so have the rules.
