Sophomore Tyler Cornett got the start, he struggled with his control a bit and found himself deep in a lot of counts. I think he pitched 5 2/3rds.

He wasn't on top of his game. But he held M'boro too two runs until he came out. Pretty good for a kid, who hasn't seen a team like M'boro, and didn't have his best stuff. When they play M'boro at M'boro, I wouldn't be surprised if HC doesn't come out smacking the ball. And remember this kids name, he's talented and has a bright future.
