Not a bad game considering 3 starting linemen were out for KC, they had one touchdown called back and got on the 3 yard line another time and could not punch it in. Karns was a good looking team.

Congrats to the Panthers on a nice win over a 6A TN team. Love beating TN football teams. Jeffrey Canady had a great game breaking tackles and making hits. His brother, Hayden, has emerged as one of the best Middle Linebackers in our area. He made some big hits last night that forced Karns more to the air. And with 2, Mathew Barger, back there picking balls and causing havoc - that is not an easy task. This edition of the Panthers is winning on defense, team, and an offense that has multiple weapons. Nice win KC.

this was a good win against a good team{better than advertised}.karns had a receiver{#84 rivera}that made some big time catches.kc has a solid run game and a balanced air attack also.on the other side it seemed they had multiple players in and out due to cramps. i didnt see any with karns and the 2 teams that played afterwards.there is a lot of room to improve but this is a good looking team that will be hard to beat later in the year.

the program listed them as 6A... maybe they are 3A but not what the program said. regardless of A's they were a decent team who helped KC get better for the rest of the season.

had to have 100 plus yards,cramped up 2nd half and gist took over running well.jeffery was running hard and impressed me with yards after contact.several times the karns d hit him before the first down marker and he carried them well past it.

On MaxPreps Karns is listed 2 ways under Divisons they are listed as 6A under Leagues they are listed as AAA District 3

Would have loved to have saw this game live. By the score, it sounded like a good game.

Not that it really matters, if you go to the TSSAA web site you will find Karns listed in 6A district 3 along with Hardin Valley and Oak Ridge. Great win for the Panthers. Close games make you better than blow outs. Hopefully you can get the monkey off your back and finally win the App. Bowl next week.
