Boys 14-15 defeated ashland today 8-4 after a rocky start allowed ashland to score 4 runs on 1 hit 3 walks and 3 errors in the top of the first. JC played about as bad as they could in this one, and i have not seen a great team yet, a couple of good teams, but nothing great.
As far as the ladies go, the 12 & under team is still alive with one loss, everyone else is done but made good showings.

16 U girls finish third in the state 10U girls finish 4th in the state.The 12U girls finish RUNNER-UP in the state.The 12U girls had to come out of the losers bracket and beat Berea 10-7 in 7 innings to get into the champinoship game vs.Northern Kentucky.A great showing for these young ladies.The future looks bright for Johnson County Babe Ruth Softball
