Antwan Marsh and EJ Underwood former Pikeville College football players are playing inth NFL. Antwan is with the Indianapolis Colts and EJ is with the New York Giants. I saw in the paper yesterday where the Colts moved Antwan to their practice squad. What do you think their chances at making their team's opening day rosters?

I saw on the Colts website yesterday and they had a couple of practice shots of Marsh going through DB drills...both will stay on the practice squad, but depending on how well they play in their teams pre-season games will determine whether or not they make the squad. Marsh should be a 3rd string FS, and EJ would be good for a special teams player.

Looks as if Marsh hurt his knee the other day in practice, must have been pretty severe to cause him to get cut. He is hoping to take care of the injury and find another home with a different NFL team.

I just found out that Marsh was not cut from the team...he was placed on IR after bumping knees with a player in practice and he walked off the field and hasn't came back. In other words, he quit. As for E.J. I watched him play against Kansas City the other night. He was starting in the nickle package and had several tackles.

I didn't think that Marsh had the attitude and desire that it takes to be a pro....and I doubt if Underwood does either. You don't go from D-1 to Pikeville College unless you have some major issues. And they are usually issues that catch up to you sooner or later...jmo.
