Anyone on the 4A east side. Highlands normally has a tough road as it is dealing with Cov Cath, Boyle, Lex Cath, etc. This year, however, JC is loaded like never before. They are usually good, but that alone adds to the toughness in this region.

6A is much more evened out this year than usual. I would guess that the region with T and X will be difficult for anyone to get out of.
