This should be interesting. Something tells me that all of the sudden we are going to have some Einsteins on here saying that got 30+ like it was nothing, yet they can't spell. All I could muster was a 25.

If you scored higher than Dusty on the ACT, I'll change my Avatar for a week to your Bear face.
But I've gotta see proof.

I don't know what kind of proof I could give you other than my word......and I wasn't kidding.
I got a full ride at Cumberland College for a math major. I did the really smart thing, and quit in my Sophomore year to get married.
Went back to LMU for my double major; nursing degree and B.S. in math. Got 'em, but had to pay for them that time!!
nicker:
Oh, and I don't want you to change your avatar!! You have a good representation of yourself!

22 on the ACT, which is still (I assume) the highest ACT score for anyone that has been declared brain dead prior to taking it!

Granny Bear Wrote:Took the ACT one time back in 1970; scored 32.That is a very impressive score, Granny - especially since the ACT was dumbed down in 1989. Your 32 is probably equivalent to a 34 or 35 today.
no lie, Pulp!!

^"Dumbing down" was not meant to offend any of you youngsters. The ACT post-1989 was a different test than it was in the earlier years, even though a perfect score remained at 36. The average composite score after the rewrite jumped two points.
