I have tried this program for the past few weeks and it has worked very well. It starts out with a 10 day challenge to drink more water (You can eat as normal) then it works into adding salad and eventually you cut out most forms of bread and sugar. I am in the phase of cutting sugar right now but it has worked out very well.
It's a pretty realistic plan. The goal is not just to slowly help you develop better eating habits, but to also cleanse your body of waste that has accumulated for years.
I will post the link below. Terry Givens, the founder of this program, also has a group on Facebook called the "Reset Cleanse Support Group." Terry constantly posts updates in it and he is very good about responding to questions, etc. and often provides encouragement.
