Harrison has shown the ability to score some points, but have allowed quite a few, too. I think Bourbon wins big.

Regardless of what happens Friday against Harrison County, Bourbon is the No.2 seed in that district thanks to their victories over Mason, Holmes and Rowan .. and Harrison with three losses.

I wondered the same. It seems like Harrison perennially underachieves.
