JMO....How can ANYONE mention the 14th and NOT list Corey Benningfield [/B]at Powell Co?!!
Remember guys...the 14th Region CHAMPS?
This kid can fire a ball and leave the smoke!
Benningfield was not the starting pitcher last night with the Estill Co. game, Brewer was (done a good job too) but Benningfield was called to the mound to finish another job ending the game showing his talent as well.
Congratulations for another W for Powell county and the fine team of the Pirates!

Nice game last night for the Pirates. Benningfield came in and done what was asked of him.Gritty young man. How would you like to see him if he was 6'2" and about 190 lbs? WOW.

79 MPH does not leave smoke. He throws very well and spots excellent , but throwing smoke is not his game.

Got to see Sewell pitch a couple of times this year. Injuries have really slowed him down. I wouldn't put him in the top 5 in the region at this point in the season.
