Russell needs to come out under center and be committed to the run. If Maynard comes out thinking he’s Steve Spurrier with Danny Wuerrful back there throwing the ball it’s gonna be a long night. This game for Russell is going to hinge on scheme and coaching, I believe Russell has plenty enough talent and speed to hang with Rams. It’s going to be all for not with a bonehead game plan.

Our passing game floundered. Paintsville didn't do anything different than we expected but again, our focus and execution killed us.

Taking a look into this game and looking at both. Russell may have improved, but they haven’t beat a team of the caliber of Raceland. I think this being a rivalry will keep it close but I don’t think it will be.

Russell has to run well against this team. If they do that they may have a shot. I still think Raceland pulls this one out. IF Russell can win, this will be a big win for the program but I believe by no means are they a playoff threat.

I think Russell has had much bigger wins than a win over the Rams.. Maybe like a State Championship.... Maybe this is Rams Super Bowl because they don't have any State Championship Trophies... Hmm...

Personally I hope to see Russell get back to that level in the near future. The NEKY area doesn’t get much respect and it doesn’t make any sense to want to see other area programs struggle. As for the game tonight, I look for it to be a hard fought game and it should be a good one heading into the playoffs.

Probably the last Raceland game I’ll get to watch this year because I’m pretty busy from here on out.Woukd love to see the body language change for some of the Rams tonight to see if some of the egos have been checked!

^^^ couldn’t be more wrong , need to get back and pound the dang ball stop trying to be so cute , this will be a statement game for Raceland for sure either good or bad , they will learn from their mistakes and get back to Rams we know or fold, I think they get back on track ..
