I see Bath co. going either 8-2 or 7-3 during the season with losses to Prestonsburg and Fairview. It will be a tossup with West Carter who finished the season strong last season. However, I believe that Bath co. has a good chance to run the table and win every game during the season. Call me crazy, call me stupid, call me Britney but that's just what I think.

i think they will loose to p-burg, shelby valley and west carter, but can beat teams like morgan, pwell and lewis. dont know enough about clinton co and those teams but they might be alright.

Williamsburg is their homecoming game and Clinton co. was scheduled by the coach so "the boys can get away from this part of the country for a while" (4 hour trip from Owingsville to Albany). I do remember 2 years ago when P-Burg was supposed to win the state but didn't perform as well as they should have. From what I know of Shelby Valley, they're making a comeback (like Bath co.) but from what I've seen and heard, they're nothing Bath co. hasn't seen before. West Carter runs a really neat offense that gave Bath co. fits in the first half of last years game and they do a great job shutting down key players but 4 different players scored while Stevens (don't quote me) didn't score once. Powell co. has had too much off the field drama this season as well as Morgan co. I was upset with Morgan co. last year mainly because of Derrick Young. Great runningback who was plagued with a shoulder injury his senior year and I don't think he really had the heart to play after Collins and Lewis graduated.

Keep on underestimating , Powell will be a formidable opponent. Game is at Powell, New coach in Mike Whitaker. WATCH OUT!

Don't worry. Bath will not underestimate any opponent! They are just a group of hardworking kids that are building from last years success. I guarantee that every one from this squad respects the Pirates and their efforts to build a solid program. I also guarantee that the Cats will be ready to play when they travel to take on the Pirates. Good luck to Powell this year!!
