SW beats Pulaski again.

Someone fix the title. Should say 17-7.

That season opening win for the Pirates against Southwestern is looking better and better. Congrats Warriors, keep it going!

Pulaski's offense, even more than most teams, is completely reliant on the quarterback position. When they lost theirs they just couldn't effectively change styles. Tough way for a season to go south and end.

Southwestern was 3-5, PC was 7-1 and most picked PC to win by 40-50. SW then goes on to go beat them twice in three weeks. What a turn around.

I hope Jake Sloan gets well soon.

Bitter much? Glad whatever Iâve posted has motivated you to do a better job. If you canât take criticism, Iâd probably get off these boards.

Nothing against Pulaski County but I love seeing things like this happen. Just flat out shockers in November. Really happy for the Warrior players, coaches, and fan base. That's why I always say anything can happen on a football field on Friday nights. Never know Warrior fans, who knows how far SW can ride this thing out. I've seen stranger things happen! Good luck.

Southwestern was hit early with injuries and Pulaski was hit late with injuries.

Good luck.Iâm with ya on that. I remember watching sports overtime or whatever they called it back then when I was a little kid. Even as a child itâd give me chills seeing an upset come across that tv. I think thatâs half the reason I love this cold weather. Itâs the upsets in the air!!
SW and Whitley @whitley should be another good game!

Just watched this game on replay, I think everyone is starting to see why everyone but a handful wanted Foley at PC. If Foley was coaching at PC, PC would have won the game. Foley would have taken what he had and put together an offense that would win. Everyone wants to blame it on injuries but PC losing the QB broke Hines because he cant adjust to the players he has. SW you got a great coach

Nice win on the road considering Southwestern was without one kid who starts TE and DE, another who starts in the secondary and at WR, another who starts on the OL and DL, and their starting QB who can only play defense.

what happened on the onside kickoff near the end of the game? :what::what: Was it an inadvertent whistle?
Also shame on the announcer :ChairHit: who said "Russell County's finest" on SW's first Touchdown. You are better than that!!!

Were part of Southwestern's struggles throughout the year due to them having to play so many players both ways as a 5A team?
And does "on the road" really make a difference when you're traveling 5 miles?
But nice turnaround.
