Johnson is the transfer from menifee county and Onkst was a freshman last year.

Well, it looks as if Pikeville's recruiting efforts have stretched beyond Pike and Floyd Counties. Pretty impressive to pull a kid in from Menifee. In all seriousness, you can't blame kids from Pike County, Floyd County, or any other surrounding counties who want to play for Pikeville. Their education, facilities, and sports programs are second to none and they are constantly competing for state championships in football and regional titles in every other sport.
