The rumor mill has started that GRC is going to be getting investigated on recruiting and that their Coach is possibly leaving after this year. Anyone else heard anything.

Investigated for recruiting????! No way!!! Just give him his 100 dollar fine or spanking and leave him alone. That’s all that can possibly happen to him any way. Let kids transfer.

Nope.. Remarks was made at a regional tournament by a known person in the basketball community.

Yep ... a known basketball person repeated what he heard from a parent or oppositing coach. I'm not saying recruiting isn't happening. (It is happening everywhere!) I'm just saying the complaints always starts with a parents whose son doesn't get to play or from an oppositing coach.

Unless a person or school has concrete evidence and are willing to go public and put there name to it nothing can and will be done. It’s easy for people to say it’s going on and even to see signs of recruiting but there has to be physical evidence and a school or schools administration has to put the complaint in writing with the evidence and have anyone with knowledge about it testify on their behalf. That’s why a lot of complaints are not investigated or have no consequences. When it comes time to show the evidence it’s either hear say or other schools and admins don’t want to put their name to it a lot of times because they are not squeaky clean themselves.
