I believe that Vance will become President before Trump's term expires in 2029, most likely due to Trump's health. J.D. is kind of weird and is not very charismatic, although he appears to be very intelligent. I also think that he would quickly get rid of Hegseth, Kennedy and Gabbard, so that alone would be enough to make most sensible people have some faith in him since these three are so far in over their heads that they are a danger to the Country. Heck even Trump is starting to realize this and earlier this week made the statement that Gabbard didn't know what she was talking about in reference to the Iran crisis, then went back and edited a video that made is seem as though she was on the same page as him.

My cat, Harvey, would be an upgrade , and he licks his own balls. Plus, Harvey rejects fascism.

The question that matters is: Who would have been an upgrade from Joe Biden?
Answer: Anybody.
I don't think the opinions of the Communist USA or Democrat Parties are going to carry much weight in 2028 after the Biden face plant. They should be focused on getting their own party out of the ditch and let the grown ups worry about deciding who is going to be our next president.

Not sure the purpose of your post? Andy wasn't Governor in 2009 when this legislation was passed.

Steve Beshear, with a heavy Republican senate and a split Democrat house.

The regulation granting in-state tuition rates was adopted in 1991 under Democrat Governor Wallace Wilkinson. The Democrat Party controlled both houses of the Kentucky Legislature in 1991. Now explain why Republicans are to blame for Kentucky charging illegals a lower tution rate than out of state American citizens?
If Andy Beshear were to somehow win the Democrat nomination, he would struggle to carry the Commonwealth of Kentucky in the general election. The Democrat Party has fallen and can't get up

Trump has done a remarkable job in these first 6 months. I do like Vance….but I believe Trump will finish out his term.
