Congrats Coach Newsome for picking up your first Floyd County Conference road win last night with your Wesley Christian Riders up at Stumbo. Any time you go on the road in Floyd County regardless of who your playing and get a win is saying something. Stumbo is much improved from last year. Robbie has done a great job with those kids up at Stumbo and they really seem to enjoy playing for him.

There's no way I could have done it without you and Dale Kimbler. I'm sure I'm like every other head coach, but I think I have the 2 best assistant coaches in Eastern Ky. You and Dale have so much knowledge that I appreciate all the help you guys put in!! Thanks for everything guys, "we're in it for the long haul." Some day it will all pay off when we're on the floor at Rupp in the next 1-25 yrs. hopefully!
