First pitch is slated for 7:00 at Sheldon Clark. Both teams are coming off a 1 hit shut-out performance by their stud pitchers, and Paintsville really seems to be clicking right now winning their last 8 contests. Who wins this one? I assume LC will throw Banks, because I've not heard anything from Cline or Moore in a while it seems like. I'm not sure who Paintsville will come with though. Thoughts?

My guess is that Paintsville will throw Dustin VanHoose. I'm not exactly sure though. They may come with Burchett, or knowing that LC struggled so much with the LHP Magoffin threw at them I wouldn't be surprised one bit of the Tigers came with one of their young lefties.

This so far has been a really good 57th district tournament. The new field at Sheldon Clark is really nice and the weather has been good when they played Lol. But all jokes aside anyone one of these teams can beat the other one on any given night. Should be Banks on the mound tonight for LC and he has showed up big time this year.

I won't make a prediction on this game but I do see Lawrence County picking up the win in a close one.

My guess is that it will be close. System moving in appears to be a fast one. Here in Pike it is just rain off and on, no lightning.
