there was a New Law in Florida that was signed.
If you get Welfare (I think also SSI or Disability - Not Certain on them too) but if you get Welfare you are required to take a Drug Test if you fail that Drug Test then the money you get will go to someone that isn't on drugs and that is clean but if you pass the drug test then you will get your money back that you had to pay to take the drug test

That is a great Law!!! I think that needs to become a Federal Law that is imposed in every state!!
