I believe it is a good hire. If you can't get Pops or Phil, he is probably a high 3rd tier coach. Stick with him for 2 or 3 years and then go get a big name to coach to take them over that hump.

The only reason i'll be watching Detroit is for Brandon and Tay this year. I'm not a fan of Law Frank, sad to see that's the best we could get. But hey, I'll take anyone over Kuester lol
