Johnson Central @ Whitley County (Scrimmage)
#1
Excited to see Jude come to Whitley.
JC should handle this one pretty eassily, but id like to see Whitley make a strong showing.
Ill take JC by 3 scores.

jc takes this one... any updates?
#3
Anyone have the results from this scrimmage? I heard Whitley's running back got hurt.
#4
Any news on this one?
I had to catch up on some work and dint get out to it.
Any JC fans see anything? score?

35-14 JC. Starters only played the first half. I am very impressed with JC's young bunch.

my friend told me that this game got ugly,as both teams cleared the bench fighting and tempers flared among teammates and coachs after they were seperated:redboxer:

Which team was fighting amongst themselves? Both of these teams should have more class than to end up clearing the benches.

The benches did not clear. There was a takle took place on the Whitley Co. sidelines and one of the Whitley kid who wasn't even in the game took a shot at the JC kid who made the tackle. Some of Whitleys kids were agruing among themselves, but the officials didn't even throw a flag. The coaches decided to play freshman and JV after that so something wouldn't happen. It wasn't a big deal. Coach Black is a class guy and runs a great program! I wish them the best. Teams even came out and shook hands after the game.

It's good to hear it wasn't as bad as what I had heard. There are some people
making it sound like more than what it is. I know coach black is a class guy as well
as a lot of his staff. I am sure they will make it clear that behavior like that is not
tolerated.

Any word on the Bryant kid? I heard it may have just been a tweaked ankle? But I'm sure someone
out there knows for sure.
