Leslie just couldn't get any offense going with their converted wr as QB... Play calling was very limited, which allowed Powell to load up on the run game..

Big plays killed Leslie.. All 4 scores were on big plays.. rest of the night was a stalemate..

Powell was very quick to the ball and done a great job tackling..

Big Congrats to Powell county! I thought this would be much closer, Leslie returns a ton.
No reason why this Powell team don't set the record for wins.

LC had several cheap shots right in front of the refs that was not called, and as far as stalemate: your run game was virtually non existent, and PC held your passing game to nearly nothing! Give all the excuses you can but you were beat by a better POWELL team. I think a lot of teams are going to be surprised this year. This Powell County Football team has the potential to be the best to ever to play in their history. They have a great staff and a ton of talent. There are going to be some very upset teams that play them this year. They are not the same losing team you want for the season opener anymore. They have the will to win, and will fight you for 48 minutes.

What do you mean? Everything I said is true... I said there was no passing game allowing Powell to load up on the run, due to the fact that it was the 3rd string QB... Last years district player of the year Troy Napier is out with an illness, and transfer Ethan Hortan got eligible 1 day too late... I said Powell was extremely quick to the ball...

Also, Powell did score on 4 big plays... They couldn't move the ball the rest of the night...
Sorry that upsets you, but those are all truths...
