Jenkins is a lot better this year than years past and like I had said in the prediction thread, I knew they had a really good chance to win this game! It's really too bad that they lost, gotta be heartbreaking for both the Jenkins players and coaches but at the sametime exciting!

This one was close for two reasons, SF thought it was going to be a cakewalk and I seen calls last night that you cant even get away with in the backyard. They ranged from a new 20 yard facemask penalty, a play that allows lineman to run down field and take out the defensive backs- before the pass is thrown- even if the qb crosses the line of scrimmage, and also the white cap deciding when he will take possession of the ball for another team. I was really at a loss for words watching this, but the SF team put themselves in that position. Whew!

I've been around Cavalier Football awhile, and this is by far the hardest I've seen a Cavalier team play. They did everything they could to win.

Keep playing hard CAV'S. Sounds as if you are much improved this year. Just keep building on what you've got and the wins will come.
