Most people on here are through with his/her playing days. So what do you do now to try to stay in shape? What's you favorite way to workout?

^ Westy - do you want a great cardio?
This is all constant rep and must be done all in one set. You should be able to get a complete Set complete 24-26 seconds. If not, keep doing it until you get as close as possible before increase the rep of each exercise by one.
This is all one Set: Do each exercise for five reps and immediately go to the next
5 - Jumping Jacks
5 - Burpees

5 - Pushups
5 - Mountain Climber
[Image: http://bp3.blogger.com/_cLbr1ziwRS4/SIbe...limber.jpg]
5 - Pop Squat (Really push yourself as high as you can go on your jump)
[Image: http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_68rPIWu_OQg/Re..._1_1_1.jpg]
The goal is to do this for 20 reps of each exercise. It gets all of your cardios in one setting without spending 20 minutes on a bike or treadmill and you will breathe as hard as if you ran a fifty yard sprint

Dusty
Do you do this? I think I remember reading in the past you ran. Uh, this looks tough. I hate cardio. I once lifted heavy objects for low reps. I need to do this type of thing though. Thanks

Does 12 ounce curls and TV surfing count?

Oh no, you didn't hear anything about Dusty running - I hate cardio as well. It's why I look to get it elsewhere like this type of exercise. If I do cardio, it's on an elliptical machine.

I thought I read that you ran a 5k race. My bad. I guess you just leap tall buildings in a single bound.

Slowly putting my right hand in the chip bag, lifting those heavy potatoes, retracting my hand from that glorious bag, then taking in a few calories. I do that over and over again to keep the cals a burning. Occasionally on a good day, I'll use my left hand to also hydrate myself with beer. I'm in awesome shape.

I like lifting heavy weight for short reps of 5.

A 5 rep set is what I considered high reps lol!!!

^Lol. My high reps are 10's.

I just hit the elliptical or the track for cardio.
That's the extent of my exercise now-a-days...
with the exception of playing basketball.

âRelax, all right? Donât try to strike everybody out. Strikeouts are boring! Besides that, theyâre fascist. Throw some ground balls â itâs more democratic.â

The reason I work out is because of all the 12oz curls......

I used to do some body weight workouts at the house and I'd use whatever I could find for weights. Pushups(close wide and regular), burpees, wall sits, sit ups, and I done shoulder press with rocks. I haven't done it in forever and now I'm doing the 12oz curls at least 4 times a day.

Nothing like some good Plyometrics.
Ask vundy33 on some, I'm sure he has a few lol.

Masturbating. Unfortunately, my right arm is swole but by left arm is like shooting pool with a rope.

Really to many exercises to name for me...favorite would be running, though. I used to hate it horribly...but now I can run forever it seems like. And I smoke two packs a day.
