Most parents of that nature usually do the opposite and have more kids for more food stamps and welfare instead of trying to kill the one they got, but as you can see by the tape they were really scared all that free money was going away and tried there best to get the toddler out of there...

This story is completely wrong!
After reading a story, it wasnt the childs parent who put her in, it was a babysitter, the childs mom is actually single and the baby sitter and her "male friend" were the ones who done it.
