Fairview should be proud of their achievements this year. One thing that they should work on in the future is to develop a passing game to compliment that rushing attack they used all year. The days of a one dimensional team being successful are passed. Mayfields first score came on a passing play. It was heard in the stands, "Hey Fairview, it's called a passing game, goggle it!" Keep continuing to get better. I'm just saying it was nice seeing a school from far east KY making it to the finals and would like to see more far west vs. far east championships. (No disrespect to north & south.)

Guess they better get started on their new additions for next year, anyone want to bet on how many at risk youth magically show up at the wood to replace King, Turner and Brewer? I am so glad that all of the scheming resulted in a serious beat down, running clock and all. Mayfield outclassed, outplayed and out hit them all day.
