Moss to the Steelers
#1
Has anyone seen where Pittsburgh has been talking to his agent.I would love to see that.
#2
I know he is a good receiver but I would not like to see that. I do not like Moss' attitude toward the team concept. He seems to be more worried about his stats and not how the team is doing. I think he would be a distraction and not an addition.

You're right, he would be a distraction, but the boy can play. I haven't heard of him causing much, if any, controversey this year in Oakland.

You haven't been paying attention then.

What I was saying was that I heard a lot more negative stuff with him while he was in Minnesota.....what has he done this seasons so far? I'd appreciate the help.

Quote:The Oakland Raiders have much bigger concerns to worry about than Randy Moss spouting off again.

With an 0-3 record and a team that’s struggling in all phases of the game, a disgruntled wide receiver is the least of their problems.

In his latest ramblings, Moss told Fox Sports Radio this week that he wasn’t concerned about the team’s poor start because “it doesn’t seem like nobody else is concerned.”

Whether he's just telling the truth or stating the obvious, he's still in the media talknig negatively about the team, and that's a distraction.

Yeah, you're right....thanks for the insight

If I were any team I wouldn't take a shot on a guy that doesn't run on a play when he's not going to get the ball.
#9
I would take moss over T.O. any day.
T.O. can destroy a team.
#10
I got him on a fantasy team, and he hasn't got me anything, he's a complete bust. In fact, my first three picks in that league were Alexander, Chad Johnson, and Moss. Talk about the two biggest busts, and Chad has been blanketed and hasn't had big numbers. It's not my year in fantasy, at all

But I would guarantee you one thing..Moss wouldn't get away with what T.O. is getting away with right now in Dallas..Cowher would knock his head off of his body!
#12
I wouldnt take Moss on my team. It would be horrible to see him with the Steelers especially with Cowher at the helm still and hes a no non-sense type of guy, and he wouldnt put up with the crap that Moss would do or say, and same for T.O. for that matter

I have been a steeler fan going on 46 years and Moss would finally get on a team that plays to win and he would be fantastic there. He just wants to win and he doesnt handle losing very well.Best receiver in the game. Most understood player in the history of the NFL.Even back to where he lost his scholarship to Notre Dame for kicking a white kid.The kid was a member of the local skin head group and loved to write the n word on anything belonging to randy. He gets screwed over big time on that and developed a negative attitude when talking to the press.I have followed him since he was 12 and hes not a bad guy at all.

So anyways, Moss hasn't done anything all year, and I assumed since he's ordering to be traded that he wouldn't do anything. The receiver I start in his place gets 4 points, he gets 21, and I'm still up 7 even without starting him, but the person I'm playing has Tiki and Julius Jones tomorrow night still, I still have Witten, but doesn't look like I'm escaping with the W

Its been proven, Randy Moss will ruin a locker room if you let him in it. Ive been a die-hard Steelers fan for 15 years now and Ill say this if Moss (or TO for that matter) ever came to the Steelers Id have a hard time rooting for them even as much as I love them. Id rather have Hines Ward anyday cause he actually blocks when he not making plays with the ball in his hands, try getting moss to do that.

Cowher would have to stand in line behind Joey Porter, Casey Hampton, and Hines Ward.

Moss needs out of Okland. They are doind terrible and Moss has been a no factor. He needs a good QB and a good passing offense.

Sure Oakland isn't having the best season and they can't find a QB but him dropping 4 or 5 passes...2 being in the endzone against Arizona. He can't complain anymore about someone not getting him the ball, if he doesn't get the ball it's his own fault....doesn't catch half the time, doesn't make an effort....IDK if it's just because he wants to be traded but he is supposed to be the Offensive Captain....he should act like it. Until then, I wouldn't take a chance on him.
#21
I don't think he is putting forth an effort just for the fact that the team is doing so bad.
#22
I don't know if it's that either, but he said in an interview that was aired on SportsCenter over and over that "the team doesn't care" and "why should I care?" Until he starts producing in games and not dropping balls then I still wouldn't take a chance on him. He is one of the best athletes in the game and if he plays to his potential he will be in the HOF one day.

Just don't see this one happening! Pittsburgh never really throws BIG money to people that didn't start out in Pittsburgh!

Never really thought about that, but you're right, I can't think of anyone who didn't start in Pittsburg that's making a large amount of money.
