Transgender Locker rooms
#1
http://www.cnn.com/2015/11/03/us/illinoi...index.html

How long until we this in Kentucky?

If somebody really believed that they are transgender, and really wanted to play sports. It shouldn't matter what locker room you dressed in.

Will sports be labeled as Non-Gender, (Boys Basketball, Girls Basketball) and just be called Basketball that Girls and Boys can play on the same team?

What are the odds that a person will "Identify" as the opposite gender to win a state championship?

THIS WORLD IS SO OVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :HitWall:  :insane:

I can't believe the world has gotten to the point that this is even a topic, or issue..... Sad times on the Homefront.

Why can't I get this out of my head every time this topic comes up in the news. I know its not the same thing but it is what I think of.

PC has gotten out of control and people are scared to death of offending someone now.It should come down to "You got (this) so your dressing in this locker room, period".Common sense is so rare its practically a superpower..

When you feed this nonsense, is when it grows.

I could be wrong, but I kinda peg the incoming Governor as the kind of person to veto anything like this.

I don't personally care if a kid gets a locker room to make them feel more comfortable with who they are. I have four sons and a daughter ranging from 13 to 4 months, and I would support any of them if they were to feel and live life transgender. I love who my kids are, not how they dress or who they chose to have a relationship with. I personally want them to be successful happy people and I don't care how they achieve that as long as it's legal and doesn't injure anyone. And no I'm no liberal, I just don't care enough to police how others feel.

Most of that cast is dead or never appeared in another film.

I don't agree with the Bruce Jenner type lifestyle. That being said if they want the freedom to exercise there beliefs, and be who they want to be, and be tolerated, then they have to tolerate, and accept a tobacco juice spitting, overall wearing, gun owning country boy that is going to say what he wants about there lifestyle, cause that's my God given right to.

This thread makes me sick probably wont read any more on it, but I wouldn't let my daughter dress in the same locker room as a boy. I don't care if he is having a feminine day and wants to be called Stephanie instead of steve that day.

I agree with you 100%. I support you even if you are a Mayfield fan.

I DO wear overalls.
I don't chew tobacco anymore...quit a few years back after chewing for twenty five years just because....but the rest of his description fits me to a T.

That stuff don't flush with me either. :flush: But I'm an old dog from an old school of thought.
I'd be very uncomfortable being in a locker room getting undressed or showering with someone of that disposition. I'd be glad for them to get their own locker room away from me if I had that to deal with that sort of thing in my school.

I'm sure there are good people that are that way...but being that way doesn't make you a good person that should be accepted blindly because you are that way. :Shaking:

This may get deleted. But here goes. As a father of three I would love my kids no matter what even to the point of not agreeing but still loving. Having said that, if my daughter were still playing high school sports and somebody who says they identify as a girl and always had, BUT STILL HAD A PENIS, they would not be dressing in the same locker room as my daughter. I have no problem with the rights of everybody who chooses to make these changes to themselves. It's the rights of EVERYBODY ELSE that we seem to be losing.
