At valley on March 24th there is a weightlifting meet and anyone know who is going to show up at this?
I have heard Pikeville was going to but decided to not come.
Do you think that seniors should be able to come with the team. That they had last year????????
I was also told that this was bench press and dead lift only. I know coach Hampton is already getting the team ready for the meet.

No, I don't think seniors should be allowed to attend. These meets allow the athletes that will be returning to measure themselves against others and it allows for them to develop some team chemistry.
I heard they were doing hex-bar deadlift and that may be why some teams might not attend. Not a lot of teams do hex-bar deadlift and if you are not use to doing it, it feels a lot different than deadlift.
