Congrats to the Rams! This was the hardest hitting game that I have seen from a Raceland team in a very long time. From the opening whistle it seemed like they wanted to pound Valley into the ground and they played angry from start to finish. Valley's only score came off of the opening kickoff and after that the defense was relentless and wouldn't let Valley move the ball. Valley didn't have any strength up from front and Raceland dominated the line of scrimmage all night.

I am very curious to see the offensive stats in this game because the offense was really clicking tonight as well and Valley just didn't have an answer for the running game or the passing game. If Raceland brings the intensity that I saw tonight to the rest of their schedule then they are going to be a very tough team to beat.

How is this Valley team compared to some of the teams they have had the past five years?

They were very down compared to when we played them two years ago. They looked like they had a lot of kids but they didn't have much size and they weren't very strong. I may be wrong but they seemed like they were a very young team.
