They've lost to some decent teams. Somerset, Paintsville and Ludlow. Two games where on the road. Somerset has wins over them, Hazard and Raceland.
Ain't happening. Give me a line on Pikeville at Williamsburg in a few weeks and we might bet some beers on it. W'burg is looking at having to beat Pikeville, Hazard and Paintsville/Raceland to get to Kroger field. Zero shot. IMHO of course.
Edit: Ludlow is not decent.

I have to see Williamsburg win Friday before I give them the nod on playing Pikeville. But don't sleep on them. The same would be for Pikeville with the same opponents.
Ludlow is a decent team and they get a chance to prove it against a decent Paris team.Beechwood just owns its district.

Pikeville would not lose to Ludlow. Ever. Now you are off base and need to put up a case of beer. Ludlow lost to Beechwood by 63 and the dogs were called off. You couldn't combine Ludlow and Paris and make a good team either.
BTW, according to stats supplied to KHSAA by Hazard, they outgained Paintsville by a substantial margin the other night.

I never once said they'd beat Pikeville or could. Teams in Northern Kentucky have mental blocks when playing teams such as Beechwood, New Cath, Simon Kenton, Ryle and etc... Ludlow hasn't Beechwood since 1981. If your not mentally prepared then you've lost the game before it starts.
I saw that. I'm waiting on Paintsville to put their stats up. But Hazard may have outgained them.

Not sure hope to see it happen.
I was looking at numbers and Paintsville has run for over 1800 yards and passed for 800 and some. The hazard game was the most throws by the QB all season. He was 7/14 for 56 and 1 touchdown.
From looking at the schedule and seeing updates I know 4 of their 8 games as been running clocks. I know from
The numbers but has Paintsville worked on their passing game any in any of those games?

I was at this one. Paintsville passed because they had to pass.
Neither team had any spectacular offense in this one, considering only two offensive TDs were scored the entire game.
But when it's 3rd and 9 you can't just run it with the big guy. They may have thrown one or two passes where they honestly didn't have to pass the ball.
The only other game I've watched these kids in was when they played Pikeville and they moved the ball easily on the ground and through a couple TDs.
