Aprils Fools Jokes
#1
So today is April Fools Day. What are some jokes you pulled in the past, today, or just any good ones you have heard of?
#2
I didn't pull one today, but a girl friend of mine called her dad today and told him she was pregnant, she said she had him flipping out for a while

Well I have to share the one my son just pulled.

He is a Freshman at NKU and lives just outside of Cincinnati.

I was setting in my living room earlier and my wife's cell phone rang. I looked at it but it was a strange number so I just let it ring. It beeped that there was a voice mail but I figured it was a telemarketer so I just ignored it. Fast forward a few hours and my wife picks up her phone and sees that she has a voice mail. It was from our son saying that him and some friends were at a bar last night and an altercation broke out, a gun was pulled and he was in jail. We tried his number, his girlfriends cell number and the number he called from. No luck. My wife called Beth's cell number again and left a message. Shortly my son called and said April Fools.

They even had it set up that the number I called would have went to voice mail saying thank you for calling the greater Cincinnati detention center if I would have let it rang long enough.

Needless to say my wife was mad. Me and the other kids thought it was a good one considering neither of us even thought about it being April Fools Day.

And I always like to call people and get some of the old school jokes such as "Is your refrigirator running?" "Why yeah" "Well you better catch it!"

I tend to be a bit calmer in these situations. I don't panic until there is a reason. My wife on the other hand was about to lose her mind. It was actually very funny to watch her reaction. She scared the dog so bad that she came and jumped in my lap to hide.Big Grin

I had a friend call me & tell me Billy D was the coach. He said Andy Katz got on ESPN & retracted his statement on the Billy D situation. Saying Billy was coming to UK for X amount of years & money, blah blah blah. This friend is known to call me & tell me stupid stuff because I usually believe him for some reason & I did this time to. I wasn't home to see it myself. I was driving in my car. I had no source. After he was done being so serious about it, he said fools!! I tripped out & said a few choice words & hung up on him...hahahaha

I pulled the best joke ever but didn't even know that it was April Fool's until after it was done and I can't really write about it on here but point being, I didn't even know at the time.

This wasn't an April Fool's joke but it would have made a dandy!

>>A father passing by his son's bedroom was astonished to see the bed nicely
>>made up and everything neat and tidy.
>>
>>Then he saw an envelope propped up prominently on the pillow. It was
>>addressed, "Dad".
>>
>>With the worst premonition, he opened the envelope and read the letter
>>with trembling hands:
>>
>>Dear Dad,
>>
>>It is with great regret and sorrow that I'm writing you. I had to elope
>>with my new girlfriend because I wanted to avoid a scene with you and Mom.
>>
>>I've been finding real passion with Joan and she is so nice. I knew you
>>would not approve of her because of all her piercing, tattoos, her tight
>>motorcycle clothes and because she is so much older than I am but it's not
>>only the passion, Dad, she's pregnant.
>>
>>Joan says that we are going to be very happy. She owns a trailer in the
>>woods and has a stack of firewood, enough for the whole winter. We share a
>>dream of having many more children. Joan has opened my eyes to the fact
>>that marijuana doesn't really hurt anyone. We'll be growing it and trading
>>it with the other people in the commune for all the cocaine and ecstasy we
>>want.
>>
>>In the meantime, we'll pray that science will find a cure for AIDS so Joan
>>can get better; she sure deserves it!
>>
>>Don't worry Dad, I'm 15 years old now and I know how to take care of
>>myself. Someday, I'm sure we'll be back to visit so you can get to know
>>your grandchildren.
>>
>>Your son,
>>Chad
>>
>>
>>P.S. Dad, none of the above is true. I'm over at Tommy's house. I just
>>wanted to remind you that there are worse things in life than the report
>>card that's in my desk drawer.
>>
>>I love you! Call when it is safe for me to come home.
