He coached at Morehead and Kentucky Christian college. I would say Zack has tones of defense knowledge but he isn't the DC at Greenup. Maybe he should be the DC???

I complain all the time about Morehead pretending to be d-1 and yet not give scholarships. Its a farce. But in technical terms Zack coached D-1.

As someone stated and a earlier post that he is young and these are growing pains for the program. The things that has not improved with the program is the defensive side of the ball. The defense honestly performed better under Coach Mullins.

That’s the difference in an offensive minded coach and a defensive minded coach. The offense didn’t perform well under Mullins. When you have a HC that only focuses on one side of ball, it just doesn’t work.
I’ve heard no one say anything about firing Grizzle except from Raceland people on here. People may be a little upset right now and you know how it is, there are always experts in the stands that “could do it better” but I don’t think Greenup is looking at getting rid of him anytime soon. He’s young and has to learn to reign it in and look at the overall picture and maybe go back to what has worked in the past. The most experienced skilled players are still there and worked well for him last year.
