I am closing the gym down for the day, still getting up early then more than likely heading to the squad building to load up and hit the lake for water patrol so better wear you're life jackets and PLEASE don't make me have to jump in the lake after you...I wouldn't enjoy that...so don't do it! I'm not sure when exactly I'll finish up there but I am *hopefully* going to the carnival and watch fireworks in town and hope and pray I don't get called out.

LOL I will be working. Yep then coming home to a cookout, fireworks and family time. Ah it sounds so relaxing!

Probably sitting in Richmond by myself tomorrow. Should be a blast!! But then spending Thursday-Sunday in DC so we will see how the weekend turns out.

gonna head to work (shortly), come home, grill some chicken and ribeye steaks, watch some baseball, maybe watch the tape of Ward winning the '02 Daytona 500 (always brings a tear to my eye), or some old Bama tapes back when we used to pound Tennessee every year (ohh the good ol days)..and drink some beer.........my usual daily routine, lol..
