That's how you manage a game vs an outmatched team.

Running clock at 29-0. Last three qtrs played by JV and under a running clock (8 min qtrs).

Not by beating a team 72-7. Just saying.

Iroquois kids played hard and didn't give up.

I enjoyed watching the JV get in work. Great start for the season. Getting the younger kids reps will pay off later in the season when they have to fill in.

It was Mercer's bowl game. Boyle didn't set the match up. They got much more work in practice than they did this game.

Think about your statement. How does it benefit Mercer to not have a good draw for their own Bowl? if Mercer could have brought in a Scott Co or some big name with a big fan base to play Boyle don't you think they would have done that?

I think it was a decision made by their administration for the payout guarantee of $4,000.

FYI...I don't think they brought more than 4-5 fans.
