Malachi Longworth (#3) had a carreer night on his senior night. Mal had 28 points , 9 rebounds, 5 steals, and played a heck of a defensive game. Helped the Cougars get off to a quick start by scoring 16 in the 1st quarter alone. Had good support from Blair (22 points), Proffitt ( 16) and Smith(5) who came in and played well in place of Banks who was in foul trouble most of the night. Good win for the Cougars who now go to 16-10 and are headed in the right direction as district tournament time is upon us.Go Cougars!!!!!!!1

Congrats Lcc...Powell kept it pretty close

LCC had 59 points at halftime:eek: but went cold in the third quarter only putting six points on the board. If they can play as well offensively in the District tournament as they did in the first half against Powell, they will be hard to beat.

Congrats to Malachi. He has been a leader for this team all season as the only senior for LCC. With Banks, Blair, Profitt and gang he has flown under the radar but what a way to go out with a bang as a senior!!!! Super game not only points but all around. He was the player of the game on 103.9 The Bulldog's radio coverage.
