Focus Receivable is a debt collection agency that has somehow gotten my phone number. They've called 4 times today, all when I've been in class and left a message asking for Craig Burningham to get back with them about case number ******. They keep calling at the most inconvenient times.

I tried calling them back twice and no one picked up the phone...it just rang and rang with no answer.

I have no clue who Craig Burningham is, but it's not me and his bad debts are really annoying.

I Googled Focus Receivable and it looks like they've had a few lawsuits go against them as well as noted bad customer service.


The worst part - I spoke with them months ago about this same exact thing. Told them Craig no longer had this number and they said they would take the number out of the database.

Ya know whats funny..... they called here maybe a month ago and asked for a Rachael Spurlock???? Same thing... case #........... I called back and told them they had the wrong number and they told me they knew she was here and I was just telling them that she wasn't. LOLOL..... I told them fine to continue to call and I would call the phone company and tell them that they (Focus) was harassing me. Needless to say the calls stopped....
