His name is Tyler Ratliff. I think he played @ Millard up to his Jr. year. And then went to East Ridge his Sr. year. He played under Kevin Justice @ Millard, and Eric Ratliff @ East Ridge I think! "He graduated in 2003" GO CATS:Clap:
